Clients featured on this site gave permission for their images to be shown. If you appear in a photo on this site and would like it removed, email donna@donnamundyphotography.com and we will review your request promptly.

Clients who receive photos from a session have the usage rights described in their client contract.

Inquiries are not bookings

Sending an inquiry through our form does not reserve a date or create an agreement. A session is confirmed only after a signed client agreement and a paid retainer. The terms of each session, including pricing, delivery, cancellations and image usage, are set out in the client contract. If the client contract and these Terms of Use ever differ, the client contract controls for that session.

Prices, packages and availability shown or described on the site may change at any time.

This site links to other websites, such as Instagram, Facebook and online gallery services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
